About Me
Where it all started
Hi, I’m Kiley! I’m a stay-at-home mama with a heart on fire for God and my family! Blogging is my creative outlet to share all things faith, motherhood, home, and wellness with you. Welcome!

Scripture for the faith followers:
For it is by grace you been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that none of us can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. ~Ephesians 2:8-10
Scripture for the mothers:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I gift to you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. ~Deuteronomy 6:5-7
Scripture for the homemakers:
She watches over the affairs of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. ~Proverbs 31:27
Scripture for the homesteaders:
and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respects of outsiders so that you will not be dependent on anybody. ~1 Thessalonians 4:11-12
Scripture for the forever learners:
Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is far more precious than silver and yields better returns than gold. ~Proverbs 3:13-14
Scripture for the home chefs:
Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. ~1 Peter 4:9
Scripture for the tradition keepers:
So whether you drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. ~1 Corinthians 10:31
Scripture for everyone:
For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. ~Romans 10:13
Hi friends.
Welcome to Where She Was Called. As a stay-at-home mama, I’m kept pretty busy. I’m usually chasing after little ones, planning meals, scheduling activities around nap times, and cleaning up too many messes. My life is full of the best kind of chaos and I am immeasurably thankful. I am both consumed with love and overwhelm, finding joy in every moment I can.
Being home full time has been one of the most rewarding, yet challenging times in my life. As I pour into my family and my home, I notice myself seeking just a little bit of “me.” This blog is what I found; a place to collect, organize, and share the thoughts and ideas flitting about in my head. I hope that as this blog is an expressive space for me, you find whatever it is you’re looking for here too.
As I continue to grow in my faith I am convicted that all we do should be for the glory of God. I fall short many times, but it is my endless endeavor to make my savior proud. I hope this blog will be a reflection of that endeavor.
I am no stranger to writing, but I am new to sharing that writing on a blog. Please be kind as I am learning to navigate this platform.
